We are a relaxing Beauty Salon based in Colchester offering all aspects of Beauty Therapy treatments, Reflexology, Massage, Luxury ESPA treatments, ear-piercing, spray tanning, The famous Crystal Clear facials, Gels, Mani and Pedi, Electrolysis and Advanced Cosmetic Procedures.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are strictly valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.  These can be purchased at the salon or over the phone.

 

Mobile Phone

It’s so important that you and other customers have a relaxing and peaceful time with us at Beauty at Brickstables so we do kindly suggest that you turn your phone off or on silent on your arrival to the salon.

 

Cancellation Policy

All missed appointments will incur a 100% charge.

Appointment’s cancelled or changed within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

We make every effort to ensure that you receive a reminder message 48 hours before your appointment, giving you 24 hours to make any changes before charges are applicable

Arrival

All treatment times are approximate and include consultation time.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment:  this is to avoid reducing the time of your treatment.  Unfortunately late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, as we would not wish to inconvenience your fellow guest.

COVID-19

We request that you arrive with a mask on. We Provide plenty of hand sanitiser which will be outside the front door and inside which we also recommend you use before entering. Thank you x
